Our towel bags
How do I turn my towel into a beach bag?
It takes a bit of practice, but it’s super simple! To optimize the space, just:
- Step 1: Fold the towel lengthwise, then widthwise so it matches the size of the built-in pocket.
- Step 2: Grab the bottom of the pocket and turn it inside out (just like folding a K-Way!). The handles are freed, and your towel has become a spacious bag.
Where should I put my belongings once the towel is spread out on the sand?
No way to leave your valuables lying around! Once the towel is unfolded, you have access to secure storage pockets. You can slip your phone, keys, and headphones inside to protect them from sand, sun, and prying eyes. The rest of your beach belongings can stay grouped in one corner of the towel.
What is the load capacity that the bag can support?
Our bags have been designed with reinforced seams to withstand all your summer days. The bag is more than enough to carry all your beach essentials: your water bottle, sunscreen, a good book, your phone, and your sunglasses.
Can I wash my towel in the washing machine?
Yes, absolutely! We use dyes and durable materials so that your towel lasts season after season. To preserve the softness of the fibers and do your part for the planet, we recommend washing at 30°C and air drying (it dries super fast!).
How is our material different from a regular towel?
Gone are the days of heavy, wet cotton towels that take three days to dry and bring half the beach into your car. Our innovative material is ultra-absorbent, dries 3 times faster than a traditional bath sheet, and most importantly: sand doesn’t stick to the fibers. A quick shake, and it’s spotless.
Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery times and costs?
Because vacations can't wait, our team prepares and ships your orders within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Delivery in mainland France: It is 100% free, with no minimum purchase! The delivery time is then 3 to 5 business days.
- International / Europe delivery: The time and rates are calculated directly at checkout according to your country.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a real-time tracking link. If you can't find this email, be sure to check your spam folder!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you made a mistake in your address or want to change the color, please contact us urgently by email. If our logistics team has not yet prepared your package, we will be happy to make the change. Once the package has been shipped, unfortunately, you will have to wait to receive it before making a return.
What is your return and refund policy?
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return or exchange. Items must be new, unworn, with their tags, and in their original packaging. To start the process, simply contact us by email. Returns are the buyer's responsibility.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or if there is an error?
We take special care with your packages, but mistakes can happen. If the product you received is incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately. We will send you a prepaid return label and resend the correct product at our expense.
